We also empty trash bins, replace liners, and neatly arrange towels or toiletries as provided—leaving the bathroom spotless and guest-ready.
Wiping Down All Surfaces, Countertops, and High-Touch Areas
We carefully wipe and disinfect all surfaces throughout the rental, including countertops, tables, nightstands, and shelving. Special attention is given to high-touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, and handles to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for every guest.
Vacuuming and mopping all floors
We thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, and corners to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Hard floors are swept and mopped using appropriate cleaning solutions for each surface type—leaving them spotless, streak-free, and guest-ready.
Replenishing guest supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc., if provided)
We restock essential items such as toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other amenities provided by the host. This ensures your guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay and helps maintain a consistent, 5-star experience.
Cleaning kitchen area: sink, appliances, stovetop, microwave, and dishes
(if applicable)
We clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including the sink, countertops, stovetop, and exterior of appliances like the microwave, refrigerator, and oven. If requested, we also wash and put away dishes left by previous guests. The result is a fresh, tidy kitchen that’s ready for the next check-in.
Checking for damages or maintenance issues and reporting them (optional add-on)
As an added service, we inspect the property for visible damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns after each guest stay. Any issues—such as broken fixtures, stains, or signs of excessive wear—are documented and promptly reported to you, helping you stay ahead of problems and protect your rental investment.
